Sir Bhagvatsinhji the 20th king of  Gondal was a genius person. In his rule state earned great prosperity. He had the power to visualize future. In his supervision between 1884 to 1932 Gondal State had a very great progress in different areas such as Town planning, underground Electricity and communication, Education, Roads, Agriculture, Village and town improvement, underground drainage systems, Railways, Irrigation and what not. He built Schools bridges colleges each a model of great architectural style. He was a architect, a engineer, doctorate in medicine, and many other degrees made him a genius personality. He was loved by the people of Gondal State. He introduced the first ever Gujarati dictionary called "Bhagvatgaumandal" which still resides in the Oxford university at England.
